You could hear the traffic but nothing that would stop us getting a good night sleep

The 4th floor that we stayed, the hallway carpet stinks like crazy. When checked with the reception, they acted as if they don't know. Looks like there was a water leak and the whole carpet was wet and smelly. The reception staffs was not friendly

We had a very spacious and clean room. Room service was fast and presentation of foods was exceptional. The food was carefully prepared and super delicious. All staff were always helpful, professional and friendly. Good location too.

The breakfast was complete. Veg and Non Veg alike are satisfied! and the staff are alll very nice, welcoming and make you feel good. Been staying in few Abad property and each of them delivers!

Location was great for our purpose. Breakfast was very good and above all, the staff, including the housekeeping staff, were very friendly and customer oriented.

Probably, also clean behind the furniture as it was evident that it was not cleaned. We dropped something behind the console and had to move it to pick up the fallen item. Thats' when we saw the dirt

Service of all the staff from reception to restaurant was really good. Service very fast and comes with a smile almost all times.Room is clean , shower and toilet are good.Breakfast spread was nice. Adjoining restaurant which offers meals at all times was really convenient as we travel with a young child ,food was good in all aspects.Shopping also convenient. I requested a marker for my luggage was given at a snap of a finger. I forgot to return though. Best Wishes to the organisation and staff.Quodos!

Facility is a bit old , but nevertheless maintained well, so no issues.

Ther food was excellent.The room fine, The staff friendly and very helpful. When we requested a move to their sister hotel (the Dutch bungalow in Fort Kochi), management took great care in obliging our wishes.

The hotel is right in the centre of the busiest area of town If you want relative quiet and to see the sights, you're much better off in Fort Kochi.

Big rooms, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.There is a pool on the rooftop.Good location.I'd stay again if I ever return to Kochi.

Front reception, i lost money from front reception. there was lot of cheating on money. Front reception staff not doing thier job well. we come for holiday with family booked 2 big suits and we face this type problem. Money cheating. And no proper SOP. Will never stay in this hotel anymore.

The property location is good but it’s an old property with refurbishment.

No clean hotel, bedsheets and cover are looks very old. Flooring is damaged and hallway carpet and floor is uneven and chances of getting injury. Very old hotel and Aircondition not working properly.
